our lease is almost up and ive had waaay too many problems here to recommend this place to anyone. id really hate to say this about a place, but its definately not worth your money to live here. i live in a one bedroom apt and am paying the same price that all of my friends are paying to live in a 3 bedroom house. sure they have a pool, good luck even getting a chair, or even a place to swim. they have a volleyball net but dont ever put it up. you always have to wait to tan, and the tanning bed is sooo small! the maintanace is great. but the office ladies are only nice up until you sign your lease. very rude after you've already moved in. this entire place stinks so bad in the summer you smell it right when you pull in! gross. and on top of the outragous price you pay to live here they will occasionally up the pet rent ( in the middle of your lease) or make you pay a sewer fee for all the dog crap! now what is the pet rent and deposit going to'' also its $3.25 for one load of laundry! i spend too much on laundry a month! and NEVER move into the bottom floor apts. my neighbors down there had to move out because of MOLD. black mold was growing in their walls. they moved out and ONLY two weeks later someones already living there! and NO ruskin place has NOT told them that there was a mold problem. i would recommend moving into the lodge over this place, and that place is pretty bad...

Okay whoever wrote this one is right it is pricey. But the Lodge is nasty. Filled with section gutter trash drug dealing losers. I knew a couple people who live their things were falling apart and the parties every night next door. These friends moved after the first month it was so bad. They couldn't even get a parking spot because some of the people never even go anywhere. Yeah they don't work ever. Ruskin Place is way above the Lodge. So if you want to live with those kind of people in the Lodge good luck you will be writing a even bigger nastier review next year. Maybe you should look up the reviews for the Lodge before you put something like that. You will see more complaints there than here.

Ruskin Place is just as full of gutter trash as The Lodge. Ruskin is worse
