The reason I was sold on Ruskin Place is there is no breed restrictions.
I have a very loveable pittbull named Georgia.
There was no other place in town that would take her.
But now that I am there I have very little trouble with anything except the minor maintance fix here and there.
Which they are always quick to take care off.
The only thing I might say, is that the other residents might me a little lazy and not pick up there dogs daily droppings.
Other then that there's tanning with a work out room and a good sized pool.
You can always use there fax and copy machine and there's even free wi-fi at the club house.

The deciding factor of where you will live is "No breed resriction". Says alot about you. Ask any city.county official & it will be hands down as Rusking having the most calls of distrubances, drug dealing & theft. Creepy Place - no wonder they accept Pitbulls - it matches the clientle!
As far as the workoutroom & the tanning, a girl that works in there was telling abunch of poeple that on numerous occassions there has been evidence that there was sex goin on in both those places.
The swimming pool is laced with cigarette butts and urine. All the tenants call all their drunk friends to join in. Gross & loud. The women in the office just let it go.

You sir are not nice what is your problem with anything that was said. You don't like the place that's fine. So dont %ucking live there, but you have already decided that. YOu have not right to judge me for where i chose to live. So back off!!!

I agree with Stevensangie23. And if you do live here and see a drug interaction, then call the police! It is not Ruskin's place to have to see if something someone is smoking is just a cigarette!! And thank God for them letting people keep their pet no matter what breed it is!! Why should these people give away part of the family to live in an apartment! Shame on you for your rudeness henrich!!
