Ruskin is not the pit of evil nor is it someplace they serve caviar at the clubhouse nightly. Its an older complex, yes. It has its share of problems because it's older, I agree. However, the maintenance staff have always been right on it. In fact, No one on staff has ever been anything but efficient and nice to me. The pool is always clean-I know my apartment looks right at it. The dog run needs some repair, and probably should be bigger. On the flip side, at least there is one.

As for the dog poop, get on your neighbors, say something if you see someone walk away from the dog's poop. It's not Ruskin's job to police dog owners. People should be aware that many people live there, be courteous, and pick up their dog's poo. Period.

You can't go someplace that is relatively affordable (for SW Lincoln) and demand five star luxury.

Ya but the problem is they charge 5 star prices for one star apartmnets
