It's very quiet.
Except occassionally on the weekends when people are coming home from the bars.
They're nice appartments.
Most of the people are not college kids- some are but they don't seem to have parties.
Very good office staff- and very helpful when i needed a short-term lease.
The only issues I have are that i'm right by the entry way and i can hear people stomping up the stairs.
It sounds like a freakin stamped sometimes- so make sure your apt is NOT by the stairs- unless you'll be on the 3rd floor.
The next issue is on a friday after 5 all of a sudden water started pouring out from my cieling.
I called the emergency maintenance and they were here quick- and he figured out it was from the apt above me's shower.
The issue there was the maintance guy gave me a big bucket and said he'd fix it monday.
So everytime the guy above me showered it would all come leaking into my apt.
The maintance man fixed the problem monday and also re-finished my cieling and shampooed my carpet where the water had soaked.
It was just frustrating to deal with for the weekend.
But what place is perfect'
