I have lived here for two years and really haven't had a problem until I had my baby. I live on the third floor and I have a fireplace. I asked them if they had glass to cover in so my son didn't get into it and hurt himself because all they have on there is metal chain. They said I had to buy my own cover but you can't buy covers. So I called them back and they said they would just put a piece of wood over it. I am paying extra for a fireplace and I want to use it and I don't want an unsightly board over it. But finally I agreed for the board and no one ever came to do it. They called me a month later asking if I still wanted a board. We had rigged it ourselves so we didn't need one. They are very slow on getting things fixed. We need the air conditioner, dishwasher (twice), and a drain unclogged. It took them at least two weeks to get it done. And the parking is horrible on my side of the complex. I usually have to park decently far away and walk to my apartment. They management is nice, grounds are nice.
