I have lived in Somerset for nearly 8 months and have not really had any problems at all. The rooms are large and can fit a large couch and loveseat with a dining room table. Maintenance is very nice and usually pretty timely. Our heater went out a couple times, which got annoying, but it was repeatedly fixed quickly and then permanently. The management is extremely nice and continue to say hello whenever they walk by. They are also very understanding about personalizing your apartment. For example, they allow you to paint walls however you want as long as you repaint it before leaving and when I asked to mount an under cabinet radio in the kitchen they had no problem with me drilling holes. Amenities are great and the tennis courts have high power, stadium-like lights for FREE! No dumb quarters or anything.

A few minor complaints though. Parking in front of our building was impossible at night but fine during the day. Also, there was only one trash compactor in the middle of the complex which helps make the grounds look gorgeous when the trees are blooming but makes it a pain to carry trash bags clear to the compactor.

Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons and Somerset has been a great experience thus far.
