I've lived in a couple of other apartment complexes in Lincoln, and I've found several things about Somerset to be disappointing. First, I found the conditions of my apartment upon move-in to be less than expected. I had to clean the bathroom--there was urine down the front of toilet and on the floor around it, and it looked like the entire place hadn't been professionally cleaned after the original renters moved out. My friends helping me move-in also commented on the carpet needing a professional cleaning. I've had a couple of maintenance issues that were never addressed, as well. Though the management is friendly, I don't feel that they really care much about whether they cater to their renters.
