If you are considering Southwood Village for your home--I would keep looking. I lived there close to a year ago--there are bugs and mice!! The apartments are definately outdated after seeing others. I was told that Sam Sampson owned them. He needs to make some improvements for sure! The rent that is charged is too high for what you are getting. There are other places that are a lot nicer close to the cost of rent at Southwood Village-I suggest keep looking!
