I lived in the Southwood Apts for 6 months prior to the city redoing 27th Street. It was a pain to leave then unless you worked odd hours and could avoid the traffic. The apartment was very spacious with lots of closet space, however there was a long closet right in front of the door that made moving in and out a pain. If you need to contact the staff good luck. When I was there they were helpful IF you could find them. The washers and dryers were so outdated and rarely worked right, it was easier to go to a laundry mat.
