I have lived here for a year now...However, When we moved in our sliding glass door let snow blow in, it was so leaky on a wind day our blinds moved (inside the apartment) then when the rain came we had a waterfall down the sidling glass door in our living room. We called to have it fixed but they said the whole door needed to be replaced and we were to get a new door in the spring. Its January again and the door was never replaced. Had to call three times to get them to come fix our water stained celling from the rain, there is proably mold there now, since all they did was paint over it. We were never late on rent, but when we said we are not signing another lease they raised out rent $40 a month. As for parking, its a pain, if you want to park anywhere close to your apartment you better be home before 8pm otherwise your waking from the other side of the complex.
