not worth your money

These apartments, along with Lionsgate (owned by the same company) have major problems with their corporate office. The local managers have no control over any decisions, and have to verify every question through the office, which can take awhile. When they do call back they don't know who they've talked to- they will call my roomate for a followup when it was me they talked to in the first place, or vise versa.
The intercomm never worked.
Our window was leaky in the master bedroom- when we alerted maintanence, they came and told us we needed to "slam them closed harder"-they were never resealed or replaced.
The plumbing is not up to par- the tubs and sinks never drained properly, even after a visit from maintenance and a couple personal attempts.
The parking situation is awful- the parking spaces are too small, and there are not enough of them. If you want to rent a garage (not automatic doors) it will cost you $50 a month.
I have to say, the vaulted ceilings are amazing. It's the only thing I will miss.
Your money is much better spent somewhere else.
note-Our deposit was a full months rent because my roommate was only 19 at the time we signed the lease.
