I lived in Tanglewood for about 6 months before I left. I lived on the first floor and had problems with bugs. I had rolly polly's in my shoes. When I'd wake up in the middle of the night there would be spiders crawling on my floor. They'd come in and spray once a month, but it only ever helped for a couple of days.
They showed me a great apartment when I took the tour. I was disappointed when I went into my actual apartment and found cuts in my kitchen floor and counters. There were also several small holes in my walls, bigger than holes for nails or push pins, one was fist sized located behind my toilet.
The staff was okay, but I was really disappointed to pay that much money. It's not worth it.
