I lived here for quite a while. I kept to myself and paid my rent on time every month. In the beginning I would call maintenance if something went wrong, but then I got tired of waiting weeks for them to come fix it, so I learned to just call my dad, who lives in omaha and could get there faster then the apt. maintenance. 3 times I had water leaking into my "home" from the apt upstairs, which mysteriously no one was living in, but the toilet kept overflowing. It caused my bathroom ceiling to break out yet I had to continue to live there for the 2 weeks it took them to replace it. There were a ton of bugs, but any home is going to get spiders, so really no use in complaining about that, however I was on the 2nd floor and had mice. The apt couldn't explain why, but within the last year of me living there I had at least one mouse every other month. Yet I had to spend my own money for mouse traps. The staff can be really nice at times, however the people who actually work on the property do not know anything and you always end up having to call the coporate office which no one is ever available out so you leave a message and get a call back a week later. So serious problems don't really get fixed. They don't really go out of their way to help you, and don't really care to help you. I have friends who live at Lenox Village, Lionsgate, and Rockledge. and they all complain about the same things. So I don't think its the complex itself, just more so the company that owns them, which would be the Richdale group......

I just moved in 4 months ago and really liked it at first, everyone was helpful and nothing went wrong, but then when I started having problems with things breaking they were not helpful, I just figured the people on here were just upset because they messed up and were bitter towards the company. Now living here for 4 months I see that this place really is has horrible as people say it is, and I'm regretting my decision of living here

Interesting how you lived on 3rd floor with mice... and the toliet above you kept overflowing. There are only 3 floors in the apartment complex... so somewhere you story does not match up?!?! Interesting

Yeah I suppose it could have been a typo(not), OR just some jacko that would rather run down a good complex than tell the truth about things that happen.
