How do you define slum,thomasbrook,you have to call them a couple of times,they love to exert their power over you.CYA yourself be assertive,ask questions about everything,make sure you have it in writing.MOLD,qnything that they think could cost them $$,watch your back.NOT RECOMMENDED.pOOR MANAGEMENT.

That's all true, place is a mold pit. the new management company suck's and can't even get the pool open on time. management thinks it's hot stuff. leaving when lease is up moved in 2006 thats long enough.
