The parking lot is a sheet of ice, it is plowed for the removal of snow, NOT for the safety of walking to vehicles. As for the sidewalks, the snow is removed but then nothing is done for the ice.
There are tenants with several people living in 1 apartment that is not on the lease, they take up parking spaces, now a semi tractor is parking here on weekends.
There is nothing done when tenants complain about loud noises at 4am which is taking place every week.
The gas bill is not pro rated equally. When there are non tenants living in 1 apartment the lease tenant should pay more.
Too many things goes on when management does not step in to remedy the situation. JUST pay rent, irregardless of the safety factor of others.
