They were good to me - I thought these apartments were fine for my first. I loved the HUGE living room and the walk in closet was like a second bedroom. The deck space was also unbelievably large. I got my entire refund back and never had problems with noise, parking, or neighbors. The first week I was here they had a big husker party with free food and drinks. It was cool because everything was free and I met a ton of the residents.
