I liked that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment (at least in the 2 bedroom) and I really liked having 2 bathrooms. A/c handlers and heating equipment is worn out and the rooms in some apartments leak cool air in the winter. The maintance staff does what they can to repair or replace things that are broken.
