Don't even think of renting from the Annex.

I was misled by the property managers about the heating system in the house... after I started living here, I found its true colors. The heating system is a small box which is just enough to heat a small room. But the lady who showed me the apartment assured me that the small box is very powerful and is enough to heat the entire apartment. But, the heating system failed miserably during cold weather. I called up maintenance, and the guy said that these boxes are not sufficient even to heat a room, let alone the entire house.

I had tough time coping with cold, and wouldn't recommend Annex to anyone looking for a decent accommodation.
