The heating system sucks big time. It is one of those old ancient heat systems which cannot heat beyond 60-65 F. It stops working when it snows. The maintenance ppl say there is nothing they can do about it. The apartment as such is extremely shabby and ill-maintained.

I hapenned to forget my keys once and locked myself out. Though the maintenance guys have the keys, the management asked me to go find a lock smith and I ended up paying 50$ to get the locks opened. The management does nothing to make sure you are getting what u paid for.

The oven doesn't work. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, there are others much better than this one !
