Very indifferent office staff, as they don't care even if you are locked out of the appt.
They want me to wait outside and call my personal locksmith support and pay the locksmith $50 for getting into my appartment,instead of them coming and giving support as an emergency.
Also they say getting locked out is not an emergency and is personal irresponsibility.
I may not care for the money i have payed but it is the incovenvience that matters because of the appartment staffs irresponsible attitude.

Iresponsible is an adult locking themselves out of there own home. Make a extra key and give to a friend( if you have one with that attitude). The office staff is not tere to be your parents. The ladies have always been helpful and never mean. Look in the mirror you big jerk
