I've lived here for 6 months and I'm pleased. The management has always been friendly and helpful. I'm always picking up packages so I'm in the office quite a bit. The halls are vacuumed and litter is picked up weekly. My building is extremely quiet; I have no noise complaints. There are always parking spaces available but sometimes I end up walking a little ways to my door. My biggest complaint about the place is dogs pee in the hallway sometimes and their owners do not clean it up. I have noticed very little dog poop outside. My apartment itself is large for a 1 bedroom and there are 5 closets including 2 in the bedroom. The bedroom could easily accomodate a king-sized bed. If you have pets or don't mind having them nearby, you will probably like The Apartment.
