Things are constantly falling apart and nothing gets fixed. A previous manager, Nicki, really messed things up for the current managers. Their maintenance crew is horrible. As of today, we are still waiting for a screen door that maintenance broke when they were fixing our air conditioner...for the 8th time. We have been waiting about 5 weeks for that and we are STILL waiting for our bedroom window to be fixed...about 4 weeks. You are better off somewhere where the eminence crew does a good job...apartments fall apart and it would be nice to know that you can count on things being fixed ASAP and correctly. The complex is nice, the rooms are spacious and the community is fairly well kept up. One thing they still have not fixed is the pool. You can count in the summer time that the pool will be closed at least 5-8 times. I am not sure why they just won't have the pool fixed for good. As said before, you are better off somewhere...but if this is w/in your price range, I would think a year is enough time to live here.
