I have lived here for almost a year and I have had more problems then anywhere else I have ever lived! My truck was stolen out of the parking lot 2 times in less then 2 months, my other truck the back window got broken out and someone stole all my stereo equipment and all they had to tell me was "well there is nothing that we can do about it because thats not their problem!". Then the management changed and things a even worse. They told me that I couldnt have a car parked in the parking lot for more then 48 hours or they we going to tow it, JUST BECAUSE IT HAD IOWA PLATES!!! Since we have gotten the new management I have seen around 10 apartments become vacant. I plan on moving when my lease is up but they are trying to tell me that since I didnt give a 60 day notice that I will have to pay for another month of living there even if Im not!!! GREAT MANAGEMENT RIGHT''' Not at all.
