I lived here for three almost four year now. The management is the worse Management ever they only care about the rent, second the apartments are old and in a bad condition they remodel couple of them but still the same BS! They only cover some stuff and trying to made them look cutie but the truth is the apartment are the same sh###! The Management and the Neighbors are not friendly at all, and if you have kids don t even think about move here they don t like kids and they don t leave them playing outside. The noise and the laughs of the kids piss them off bother them at the same time a old lady upstairs stand in her porch and scream to all the kids that they are motherf### s and mush more bad words. If you talk to the manager about her he only said OH DON T PUT YOUR ATTENTION She is always complaining for everything but for us the one who always pay the rent always on time never complain about our neighbors us that not try to bother him with almost nothing etc. they send us a letter that said if she leave the apartment they going to SUE us because the kids are playing outside. If something it is wrong in the apartment they will fixed after one year that you put your complain. They made you feel like you in the jail you can t be outside. Oh, I almost forgot the stole, scratch and broke windows in your cars in the parking lot every single summer and of course not enough for the entire tenants because the tenants for the apartment complex next to this one take it. They are racist they don t like Spanish speaking tenants they made them feel bad if someone do something they always Figure out that Spanish one was the one. The complex is always dirty only when the owner comes to visit is when the manager put his son to clean for him and of course since I lived here I have only see the owner one time. I recommend who ever read this comment to look somewhere else like I will too. The apartments are really old it s nothing good here they don t make you feel at home! People they not allow you to be outside because bother the peace of the other tenants what ever and on top of all of this they are freaking pike but only when some people.
