First of all it is important to remember that no apartment is going to be perfect 100% of the time.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and this is what we would tell someone who was interested in these apartments.

The Bad

1) Finding a place to park close to your building can be a problem after 6pm. If you don't mind walking a block or so then this won't be an issue.

2) The biggest problem for us is that we have no storage space. The one bedroom apartments have a small walk-in closet and a few small shelves in the laundry room. The majority of my stuff is at my parents because we have no where to put it.

3) We have had a few plumbing problems but nothing terrible. In fact most people will experience plumbing problems sooner or later no matter where they live.

4) We have a full size washer/dryer but because of how the one bedroom laundry room is set up we can't close the door because the dryer is in the way. ( I know in the 2 bedroom apartments this won't happen because it is set up differently.)

The Good

1) Maitenence has always responded promptly and fixed everything right the first time.

2) Although I have not dealt much with the staff here my husband has. He says they have always been polite, friendly, and answered all of his questions.

3) It is located in a good part of town and is close to the mall, restaurants, grocery store, gas station ect.

4) I also have not had any problems with people vandalizing our cars or breaking into them.


Overall I think these apartments are a good place to live, especially for a college student who may not need all the room a married couple or a couple with children would.
