I moved into Apple Creek at a time I was hard pressed for a place to live. I First moved into a Junior/sutdio and then later transfered to a One Bedroom unit. The office staff has always been helpful and more than accomidating, they are there every night until 10. No place is perfect, but here the manager truly wants to know what they can do to make it a better place and implements ideas within reason. The clubhouse was beautiful, I saw was, because it is currently undergoing some renovations and from what I can see so far, the renovations will make it an even more beautiful place, an indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, big creen tv, kitchen, meeting area, sun deck, tennis court, open field to play soccer, football, bbq pits. The rent is affortable and few places in Omaha rent for less. There is plenty of parking by my building and never experienced any type of crime. I am close to any resturant, bar, shopping, grocery store that I would want. For three hundred more a month I could live at a brand new comlex that will only go down hill from there, on a poorly maintained lake or on a busy street. I would rather be here. The management has painted, exterior repairs, new roofs, remoldling the clubhouse, and best of all smile and always have the time to listen to concerns and if something is not able to be done an explanation of why is given that makes sense. I have been to several functions at the clubhouse in the past, and can't wait for the next one. The people even feed us-lol.
