Plenty of doggie droppings throughout the lovely park-like grounds

Dog owners don't clean up after their animals. Troublesome tenants can't be evicted even after numerous complaints. Management promises to do something about this, then is unable to deliver. Hot tub frequently broken. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
