I have lived in this apartment for almost a year. I am moving out at the end of this month. There have been multiple problems with this complex.

1. I have been accused of trying to steal a sixty-cent candy bar.
2. Maintenance jobs are done poorly and they leave a mess when they leave.
3. Management threatened me with legal action after trying to change the rules halfway through my lease. I was left alone after I told her that was fine, I'd get my own lawyer.
4. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors cough. Thusly, they can hear you.
5. The appliances are very poor. I also have noticed that some apartments have newer appliances and showers(mine is plastic) and they charge the same rent.
6. The dog run they promised the first month I moved in was just finished last month.
7. Most of the staff is unreliable, discourteous and can be plain rude. You must have a thick skin to deal with them.
8. My car has been keyed multiple times.
9. I had a peeper and when I informed management, they promised to come over and fix my ground floor window so that it could not be seen through. That did not happen. I had to go out and purchase my own window covering. I am now waiting for them to charge me for the holes left in the drywall when I had to install it myself after they failed to come through. We'll see...
10. There is much more, but I think you get the idea. Look elsewhere and you will be much better off.
