ooooo where to begin' To start off with it wouldnt suprise me the least bit if the good reviews on this site were written by the staff members who seem to have nothing better to do than gossip about the residents and smoke their cigarettes. It seems as if everytime i drive by the clubhouse the crabby manager paula and her little workers are out there puffing away. Dont even bother asking for their help as you will have to wait until their cigs are finished and then you have to deal with their attitude. Ive been living here for less than a year and honestly i cannot wait until my lease is up. They have a state patrol man who is supposed to monitor the community but, can i ask what he is doing about all the break in's' My car was broken into and i had about $200 worth of items stolen. After first moving in, a car was jacked up, put on cinder blocks, and the entire wheel's and rims were stolen. Maybe instead of spending so much money on the landscape, they could install some security cameras. The walls are so paper thin that your neighbors can be heard coughing, leaving and entering their apartments, their dogs barking, and many other unknown noises. Im done complaining, but i do recommend you not to move into these apartments! Go elsewhere!

I find it funny how this site is set up for people to constantly ----- about things when no one seems to confront the issues they talk about here on this site. To me this site is TOTALLY pointless, what good do you get out of it? I hope that you buy a home, an apartment is an apartment. Why don't you call the local police department and find out how many other apartment complex have cars broken into? And putting up cameras won't do anything.... why would you keep $200 worth of stuff in your car? Do you really think that this is the only place cars get broken into? The state patrol man would report them just like the local police department does with all the car break-ins. why didn't you leave? Obviously........the good reviews are from the employees?

From my point of view, the State Trooper onsite has done and gone way beyond his call of duty: He has help me (personaly) at least 2 times and was more helpful then the police that were called.. You need to check with others before you start saying something about someone. How would you like it if you were talked about FALSELY: You should have the common sense to keep you stuff out of your car: Your just asking for someone to steal it. Park your car ANYWHERE and find out! Good luck and I hope your judgmental actions come back to you.Good luck!
