I've lived here since October 2005 and have nothing but good experiences dealing with both the office staff and maintenance guys. There are bad things that can be said for any apartment complex - but that goes for single-family homes as well. Sure the interiors could use some updating, but let's give credit where credit's due. Maintenance has always cleared the sidewalks and driveways quickly after a snow. Plus, every time I've put in a maintenance ticket, someone has taken care of it the very next day - without exception. A couple of months ago one of the main pipes in our building got clogged and 3, maybe 4 apartments got water in them. Mine got water coming up both tubs and both toilets were unusable. While a 3rd-party plumber was trying to snake the clog out, the snake busted through the bottom of my main bathroom's toilet. I let the office know, and although the maintenance guy's own apartment was in much worse condition than mine - he was out the very next morning replacing my toilet. I was not expecting that at all! Another thing is that you get a 5-day grace period on rent, and I know from experience that they are willing to work with you if you are honest. The post where someone says that there are signs saying "No Dogs Allowed" refers to the signs at the entrances of the Mailroom/Laundry and Management Office. The only other signs say "All Dogs Must Be On A Leash." This is a VERY pet-friendly complex, and for the most part, people pick up after their dogs - I know I do. So, if you are looking for a great maintenance crew, friendly office staff, and nice grounds, then rent here. I am glad I did.
