My Husband and I have lived at Applecreek for almost 2 years and we can't stress enough how great the office and maintenance staff has been. I think almost every apartment in Omaha is similar, but it's the customer support/service that makes a difference. If we have a maintenance request it's almost ALWAYS done within a day or two, complaints regarding other neighbors are always handled professionally and in a timely manner and the leasing agents always offer a friendly face and truly care about you and your life.
