Do NOT move here!!! Management/Service is terrible!!!

I live here and will be moving immediately upon the ending of my lease.

People have been moving out at a very high rate recently and I understand why.
1) All office personelle are NOT people friendly.

(especially Jackie)
2) They do not remove snow/ice in a timely fashion
3) They have the nerve to give you all of these "strict" rules to live by while charging a ridiculous rent amount.
4) Needs MAJOR renovation/updating
5) Can't have cable in bedrooms
6) Tell you that it is ok to have satellite, then follow up with a letter of DO NOTS.....
7) Minimal amount of parking space available.

(They have the nerve to charge more for parking garages in areas with the least amount of parking) HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED!!!!!!!!!!! Plain RUDE!!!
8) BUGS
9) Walls so THIN you can hear dogs, neighbors phone ringing, and neighbors having sex.

(This is NO JOKE)
10) Dog poop all over
11) Cars broken into (Was told this was NOT a problem here when we moved in) I have seen evidence of this happening several times
12 They DO NOT walk the property unless they are trying to rent to someone
