Do NOT Move in here! I have lived here for 2 weeks and already cannot wait until my lease is up! You cannot get any service from maintanance...and when you ask for assistance, you are told that it is not their problem! Our phone jacks don't work.

My roommate got shocked while talking on the phone in the kitchen!! Now that phone doesn't work and the caller ID doesn't work.

There is no cable in the bedrooms.

The carpet in the hallways are soiled.

The walls are so thin that you can hear everything.

You can hear the floor creaking as people walk above you, making you think you're in a house...if you hate the quiet, then move here, because there is none of that here.

The only good thing about this place is that it's in a nice and convienent neighborhood.

The walls look like, God only knows what...like plaster or something.

The kitchens are ridiculously small and ugly!!! They sure make them look pretty in Apartment Guide, though....The master bedroom looks the same size as the smaller bedroom...the bathrooms are ugly and tiny...You cannot take a shower at the same time as anyone else in the apartment building because then you have no hot water or pressure...you can hear people taking showers, running blow dryers.

To take out the trash, you have to walk outside clear across the complex to the dumpsters...the area is not lit well at night...talk about non-safe! You cannot open your windows at night because you will get bugs in your bed if you live garden level...no dogs are allowed here, but you see people walking them all the time...Horrible place to live! never recommend it to anyone!!!

I think that whomever wrote this is an idiot. I have not had any of these problems, and i still live here. I have lived at two other apartments in omaha, and this is the best one that i have lived in so far. Pets are allowed here so i don't know what this person is talking about. And the only time that i had a problem with my sink they came and fixed it that day. I think that this is a great place to live.

No, I think you're an idiot, anonymous, because I've had all the problems they've had...

I have had no problems at all since I have moved in at appletree. I did have a problem and they fixed it that day as well. By the way, getting shocked while on the phone is your phone company's problem not management at appletree. Go to wentworth and then you can talk about water pressure because I think my pee stream has more pressure than Wentworth has in their apartments.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and they have fixed all my requests within a day. And yes they do accept dogs there are even receptacles around the complex to make "picking up after your dog easy"

Seeing as AppleTree does allow dogs, OP obviously doesn't know anything about the complex and thus is in no position to rate it.
