I like living here.

We moved in a year ago and have had a great time living here.

We have a nice view of the golf course and a very large balcony, as well as a large bedroom.

We pay about $500 for a one bedroom, which is a pretty good deal.

I have read the other reviews, and I think some of the complaints are kind of silly.

Of course, if you live in apartments, you will sometimes hear people walking around, and you will have lots of neighbors and all of the silliness neighbors bring.

But at Appletree you do get more privacy than at a lot of places.

Our next door neighbors have a small child, and we never hear him except when he is in the hallway.

Every time we have had a maintenance problem, it has been dealt with by the next day.

Last week I had a clogged drain, and it was dealt with within the hour.

Perhaps the other reviewers are used to living in more luxury, but I personally would rather have inexpensive rent while renting and saving to buy a home.

It's clean quiet, and safe here and everything works.

It's close to a good grocery store (Hy-VEE) and not too far from the shopping and restaurants on 84th Street.

There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi that very few people use, and a nice outdoor pool in the summer.
