First, I would like to say management is horrible, maintemance is horrible as well. Sat down for 20 minutes with a manager to write up a work order for things to be fixed. We had about 10-15 things that needed to be fixed only one item was fixed in the entire apartment. Some neighbors are cool but there are a lot of narks in the complex that like to suck up to managment. If you have a surround sound system, do not use it here, people will definately complain. Basically this place is, you go to work, come home, do not say a word because people may complain about you being loud!! When they are the ones being loud with a loud barking dog. They allow dogs on the propery that are agressive and bite people that walk by. The place in general is poorly designed, rotting wood walls behind shower tiles. Apple Tree changes their management like people change their underware. Oh and another thing, they just started entering the apartments after 1.5 years of living here. Otherwise it was up to you to change your filters. You better have a lot of tools on hand because they think the emergency maintemance are their tendants. People need to start posting more of their optinions here because I bet if enough people provided bad feedback, this place would go out of business and the golf course could expand. The management likes to keep their tendants on a leash but when you tell the management that there are old cars parked in the parking lot that have flat tires broken windows and expired plate, it does state in their Lease Agreement that all violators will be towed, well it has been 2 months since a complaint has been filed with the office and still nothing. I thing the company that owns this complex need to make sure their management has more experience with customer service and management skills. it is called a degree for a reason. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I definately agree with this. I wish I would have gone more into depth of searching for the ideal apartment before jumping into a leash-lease. Everything in the apartment seems nice, until a month later when ---- starts to fall apart and glue comes undone. Staff is a -----. End of story. This place seemed perfect for my first apartment, but my cracked out neighbors didn't help and maintenance sucks. I definately agree with not living here anymore and don't recommend it to ANYONE!!
