I've lived here for almost 3 months now and I don't have much good to say.

I live on ground level and the heating bill is horrible do to windows and slidding doors not being properly sealed you can feel the draft standing in the middle of the appartment.

Mainteneance is ok, so far they have responded within a day of notice.

Most of this place screams old and run down once you take a good look at it My heater barely pushes any air through the vents and takes forever to heat the appartment.

Water is like the other reviews say normal one minute scolding hot the next then to freezing.

If you are an older person or you have children this is a definate injury risk.

Isn't that a code violation or sometihng.

I havent had any parking problems except that my wifs car was hit by someones bumber along the side of it.

No way to tell who it was because they have no security cameras.

Hopefully at the end of my lease i will either be buyinbg a house or have found a better place to live.
