I live at the Appletree Apartments currently.

I refuse to renew my contract.

I've reported a theft of items out of my car...no follow up happened.

I have reported a man, who doesn't live on the properties, walking up and down the apartments' side of the Johnny Goodman Golf Course fence looking for golf balls.

No one asked him to leave.

How is that right' He doesn't live on the property and he can just walk around' Not cool.

Also, I've had many maintenance problems that have been only kinda fixed, or jimmyrigged, never completely fixed or changed.

I do not recommend living here.

Also, the office staff is seriously rude.

Every time I call, even about pleasant things they're rude.

I just wanted to say that I have been with Appletree apartments for years and was very surprised to read your review. The office staff is always very polite and if I have problems they address things right away. For Breakins what should the office staff do. Crime happens all over, I had my car stolen off someone else lot but did not blame the property. The police department is the one one that can do something about crime call them.

I have lived here for three years and never had a problem. The staff is very friendly. And they always fixed my problems. I have never had a theft issue. Besides call the police they get paid for that issue.

im lookin to move there where i live i have same problems with maintance . Never actually gettig everything fixed. not lookin for same thing . THANXS
