Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I could hear my neighbors snoring, throwing up, going to the bathroom, carrying on conversations and it made it impossible to hear my own TV. My shower/tub would completely fill up with water before I could even finish my shower and maintenance said there was nothing they could do. Parking was absolutely pathetic!
