Bad Management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
Although I enjoy my apartment, the current management company is very poor. I have been waiting five weeks to get my furnace fixed.I waited six weeks to get my air conditioner fixed this past spring(2001). The people in the office don't ever seem to answer the phone, or one will take a message and say that they will call you back, of course, you will grow old and gray waiting for that call.
