You get what you pay for at this apartment complex. It's cheap and fairly large, but it's also disgusting. There are a lot of trashy people that live here and lots of crime. If you live on first or second floor you constantly hear everything above you, all the walking around is obnoxious on these creaky old floors. The people that live here have no respect for others and party all the time and trash the place. People smoke everywhere. Shortly after moving in all of my clothes began smelling like smoke even though I don't smoke and neither does anyone that I am with regularly. My refrigerator broke and they brought me one from another apartment that was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. It reeked of smoke and rotting food and had spills all over it. I have never been so grossed out and pissed off. When I complained they didn't even apologize and actually kind of yelled at me. Eventually they brought me a new one. The apartments have been sprayed for bugs three or four times in the last six months, but yet I find dead roaches all the time. SICK!!! There are a lot of young people and immigrants living like 10 people to an apartment, so it gets really loud. The cops are here all the time, there was a stabbing outside my window at 10 in the morning one day! And there are a ton of kids running around without supervision. The pool sucks, and the "workout room" (if you can call it that) has 3 machines which are usually broken because kids are always playing on them. Needless to say I can't wait to move out of here because just about anything would be better!!!!
