I have lived here unfortunately for over two years, and the people that Investors Marketing Management (IMM) have here as a manager, is running this property into the ground, the only time he does anything is when the owners are due to pay a visit, then he rallies his maintenance personnel to try to make grass grow, and make the trashy tenants clean the beer cases and garbage off their balconies. Repairs are never done on a timely basis, and IMM doesn't give a damn either. This property is owned by a Real Estate Trust and you can tell by the way it is being managed. You don't want to live here, the drug activity (even within management) ongoing, using and dealing. The hallways of the building are disgustingly dirty, and the only time they clean them, and shampoo the carpeting in them is when, you got it ! when the owners are coming. There are roaches in the laundry rooms, and the buildings stink of cigarette smoke, and drugs, and other assorted stenches. Steer clear of this apartment complex, because it is gross, just like the people who manage it !!!! Everybody plays their music thru amplifiers (rap music) at all hours of the morning, and management states that they cant do anything about (that's their normal answer for everything !). Roof leaking' Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it. Stove doesn't work' Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it. You'll have to eat out. Refrigerator broke' Sorry, there's nothing we can do about, you'll have to buy a cooler. People selling drugs in your building' Sorry, theres nothing we can do about it. As long as their rent is paid they can sell whatever they want to out of their apartments. So, if you a convicted felon,drug dealer, prostitute, or just a common -----, this apartment complex is for you.
