i dont understand some of these reviews, people bitching about smelling smoke' They live in a large complex in a city, some people must never be happy. Do any of you stop and think about all the ---- the staff there has to put up with' who wants that job, not me! I have lived at Applewood for three years and have saw many changes in that time and the good sure outway the bad. not everybody lives the same way. There are many differnt people that live here good and bad and there are laws that protect the bad as well as the good , I know this because i use to be a landlady, you cant just make someone move because they smoke or drink or even if they do drugs unless they are convicted in a court of law. It sound like most of these reviews are from people who are very close minded and dont want to live in the real world!! This place is far from perfect but for the money and in the middle of the city it cant get much better unless i want to pay alot more, everybody wants something for nothing!
