Years at this apartment: 1989 - 2003
14 yrs and counting.
This place is wonderful. Management is quick to respond and always courteous. The club house is a welcomed addition. I recently renewed my lease agreement and did NOT see a rent increase. I don't mind paying for dependable service. As far as rowdy neighbors, the other commentor must not have reported to management. Over the years I've lived her, any noise problems I've had have alway been handled to my satisfaction. The maintenance man could use a little help on following through sometimes but overall does an OK job.
I plan to live here for many more years. Keep up the good work Applewood!
