I've lived here for years and it is going downhill. I just saw some recently evicted tenants on tv for murder/robbery. The walls are thin, I can hear the neighbor's phone from across the hall ring and the floors creak badly. The police are here often. The parking lot is dark and always full. Run, run, run ...........the hallways are filthy and snow removal is rarely complete before noon. They don't salt well and they only remove snow once, so if snows more it stays. The maintenance has been fairly decent. The rent is cheap.
