I have lived here for a long time. I think the snow last year was hard for the city to move and that the snow people did the best they could. Anytime I have had a problem ----- has been quick to respond and resolves it immediately. I think she sees potential problems with people and handles them promptly. Anytime you live in a big place like this your always going to have someone who causes trouble. What matters to me is that she always takes care of any trouble makers. So if your a trouble maker don't live here, you'll get thrown out. I think this is the only place I have ever lived where they are always doing something to the place without a big rent increase. The building next to mine has a completely remodeled hallway and the office tells me they are doing the whole property that way eventually. I think management is top notch and really listens and responds to the people that live here. I plan on living here for many more years. I'm older and haved lived in several apartments, none that have been maintained like this one. I think you guys do a great job, keep up the good work! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
