We lived yhere for a year, and couldn't wait for our lease to be up so that we could get out of there. We had a dog and would always pick up her messes, however there were very few pet owners who did. It was gross.
Maintenance is terrible. We had several problems and it took forever to get them fixed, some never got fixed in the year we lived there. Some of the people who live there are pretty shady. The police are always there and several apartments have been taped off with Do Not Enter tape from the sheriffs department. I did not fee safe at all. The walls are very thin. I could hear the man next door shaving in the morning and the person above us as she walked across her floor. As well as other things... It was aweful.
Management was pretty good when we first moved in, however it is terrible now. They are always bitchy and act like you are an inconvienince ot them if you have an issue.
