Im not sure what happened to the good ole days at Applewood Pointe, but the are long gone! I lived there for several years, and moved away. Recently I moved back, thinking it would be the place that it used to be, the place I looked forward to going home to at night. Sadly I was wrong. I signed a year lease, and I am counting the days til its over. I see a few familiar tenants that I knew before I moved away, and the story is pretty much that same, everyone is "Not very happy living there". The apartment I had before compared to this "NEW" one is night and day in difference. For example I have doors that are hard to close, one has a hole that is filled in with putty(looks bad), and an old fridge. The apartment did come with a newer stove, so I have to give them credit for that. Carpet in the my building hallways are really dirty! I moved in because I needed a place right away. I should have taken my time and looked better!! Little over 6 months to go.
