This place sucks. Since the new manager arrived (Jen) this place has fallen on hard times. They now rent to any meth-head/ gangbanger that has cash. Parking always is terrible. If you don't get home before 6pm, good luck. If something breaks, it may take a month, or even longer, to get it fixed. If you call the office, they will blow smoke up your butt, and say whatever is required to get you off the phone. There is absolutely no accountability here, and you are nothing but a rent check to them. I'm still waiting for holes in my living room walls to get patched. I have had not one, not two, but three maintenance guys say they would fix it, one even said, "I gotta run and get some patch stuff..." and he never came back. Again, do not move here, you will not like it.
