The maintenance guy is very nice, and the management is OK. The apartments are kind of old inside, and management seems to be renting out apartments to anyone. Just two weeks ago there was somebody that drove through the parking lot and fired a gun. I'm not kidding about that. There also seems to be a kid on the third floor, young kid who deals drugs consistently by the main entrance. You can also here people above as they walk around. VERY Annoying!
