I have lived here almost 6 months and it has been a fight ever since I moved in. First of all, there are tons of bugs and spiders and I have never seen them spray. Don't even ask because they tell you they have -- I've never received a notice of them being in my apartment if they have.
Most important, if you get packages -- beware. It is not the apartment leasing agents job to notify you -- "They have too many residents." Well I have lived in complexes twice this size and they have always notified me. Instead they let them gather in a closet until you track your packages down and then they give you grief about it not being their job, supposably it's the mail carriers - PLEASE!
Basically -- this place is overly priced and expensive for the quality of customer service you receive. Poorly managed and poor quality of building materials, paper thin walls, no storage in any of the units, and the carpet looks nice when you move-in but the stains start to appear within weeks. Don't ask them to do anything -- it's a fight for anything you need done around here.

If you get home anytime after 5:00p.m. then you might as well put on your running shoes to find a place to park.

Most important, I would not recommend this place unless you want to deal with headache after headache.
